Gid Disease Treatment.

Gid Disease in Goat:

Parasite : Tenia multiceps

Cyst: Cenurus cerebrelis

Location : Brain

Host: Goat,Sheep mainly.

Symptoms:

1.Head pressing against the wall.

2. Jerking of the head.

3.Downward one side of the head.

4. May be affected both side.

5.Dullness, No movement, drowsiness.

6.Softening of skull due to the pressure of cyst.

Diagnosis:

1. History taking.

2. Clinical signs and symptoms.

3. Pulpation of the skull (softening)

4. Swelling the affected region.

Treatment:

1.Surgical treatment and removing of the cyst.

Surgical Procedures:

1.Preparation for the surgeon.

2.Controlling the animal.

3.Antiseptic washing.

4.Cleaning and shaving of the affected region.

5.Analgesia ( Ring block)

6. Cross incission.

7.Opening the area.

8.Trephine/ Removing of the soft part of the bone.

9.Probing that area.

10. Coming out of the intact cyst with scolices.

11.Suturing

12.Protecting the incised area.( Tr. of iodine or fly repelents using).

Post operative care:

Caulinose like Syndrome

Case No. 02

History:

1. Breed : Caprine

2. Sex: Female

3. Age: 4 years

4. Enlargement of nose

5. Having pain sensation

6. Previously treated with Renamtcin.

Clinical Findings:

1. Temp. 103.4 degree Fahrenheit

2.Respiratory Rate : 64/min ( very rappid) ; having abbnormal sound also snoring.

3. Having pain sensetion.

4.Watery nesal discharge present.

Diagnosis: 

Caulinose like syndrome.

Treatment:

1.Inj.Renamycin LA -10ml * 1

Sig: Inj. 3ml IM and repeat every 48 hours.

Function: Antibiotic (Broad spectrum). It removes infection and prevent farther infection.

2. Inj. Diclofen -3ml amp. * 3

Sig: Inj. 1amp. IM for 3 days.

Function: It removes pain sensations.

Paraphymosis

Case No : 01

Paraphymosis in Dog: Remaining of penis out. Prepuce is unable to cover it.

Cause:

1. Injury to the os-penis of dog.

2.Injury to the bulba glandis.

3.Injury to the root of the penis.

4.Genetic: Prepuce defect.

History:

1. Breed: German Shephard (Name: Max)

2.Age: 5 months

3.Sex: Male

4: Swelling of penis and erectile in position.

Clinical findings:

1.Swelling of the penis.

2.No pein sensetion

3.Hematuria

4.Penis is out from the prepuce.

Diagnosis:

As there is no pain sensation so it is paraphymosis ( Chronic)

But if present there any pain sensation it could be piaprism.

ary treatment:

1. Sugar application of that site: Hyperosmotic pressure creates and fluid comes out. Swelling may reduce.

Sugar is irritative.So, local anesthetics lidocaine (Jessocaine) may be applicable with sugar.

2. To create that area normal, we applied Ont. Genacort (1%), a drug of corticosteroid, so that blood vessels dilated and supply blood that affected area to go back at previous state.

3. Antibiotics was applied to prevent secondary infection.

Inj. Trizon-Vet (0.5gm) and Inj. Renacin/Astavet

4. Syp. Terbulin also help the enhencing of blood circulation.

Blood circulation increasing have a chance of returning in normal. Cells get regeneration and healing.

If the result is ineffective then pertial penile amputation may need.

At now road accidents issue alarming the whole nation in Bangladesh.Four students died and eight are seriously injured because of fault of two bus drivers during overtake one another college at Mirpur at Dhaka. From that day the voice raised against that road accident and now it is on going in vast form than that before. Now it spreaded off throughout the country even hill tracts in Chittagong.College students have brought a remarkable chapter in the nation.Personally I support them and their wants. But it is pathetic for both sided person, students and labour league,who are breaking cars,giving fire on transport car etc.Think about that, all are the sources of civilization,national resources. So, we have to protect them for the well being of our country and people so that we can raise our heads towards the world as a developed and well diciplined a role model country.
So, I solicit to all, take your agitation or commotion for gaining your rights and appropriate needs but maintaining our national wealth. Remember that you should not do something that will harmful for ours or create a harmful effect on our national economy.

Summary

"Never turn backward" depending on this three words my steps started when I was in 16 even on going now. Althought I had to face out many hinders but I have to go.I was borned in a poor family, no onne else who instructions me better. But my mother and brother tried most as far as they could. I will must stay dept to them forever.Struggling of my life on going. There is no remarkable experiences or skills because of being a student yet. But I have a lot of dreams.Among those to be a good man is major.Then I want to do something for my country people at least a specific area. It could be a upozilla either district or division or whole Bangladesh.I think as a vet it is quietly possible. Free consultency about animal diseases,diagnosis and their treatment, giving suggestions and dirrections to the people to creat farms and management systems could be included. And personally, I have another dream to make a big dairy cattle farm and creating a poultry industry maintaining high biosecurity. You know that Bangladeshi people can't take sufficient milk(average under 50ml/day per head) and meat. In many area, may families who are unable to take beef meat, mutton 2 times over the year. So, they are suffering a lot about malnutrition and other nutritional and metabolic diseases. And hence I have decided to supply basic processed food supply from my rearing farm animals.Disital pet hospital making boosts up my mind regularly.Neglected street animals die without any treatment, they are bitten by peoples.For this reason I want to make a organization," Animal welfare trust" for advising the neglected people,raising awreness among them and forbidding to do that inhumanity.Being a student have some extra-curricular activities also. Warking with two voluntary organizations and donating blood willingly to needy people. Althought have computer skills but very limited but now updating myself by grasping hand of the modern era is my motto.

দাদার নামে প্রস্থান মাত্রই,

উদয় হতো রাস্তায়।

এসেই অন্ন গলদকরন হতো শারা।

মায়ের বকুনি দাদার শাসন
সকলি লাগিত ভালো,

তবু কেন জানি আঁড়ালে থাকিতে হতো।

বাবা যে শান্ত,কবু বলিত না কিছু

মন চাহিত তবু চলিতাম পিছু পিছু।

ভাতিজির মুখে চাচ্চু চাচ্চু মধুুুর ধ্বনি

যাহাতে আন্দোলিত মনোপ্রান।

স্বল্প বাক্য চলিত ভাবির সহিত

কেন জানি সম্পর্কে একটু ফাড়াক।

দূরালাপনে মা বলিত নীড়ে ফিরবি আয়,

"না" শনেই কাঁদো কাঁদো স্বর,ভালো থাকিস।

সন্তর্পনে অশ্রু আসিত মোরও

ফরিয়াদ শুধু ওনার প্রতি,

Be the Struggling Person:

There is a proverb, " No pains,no gains." That means nothing would be belongs to you without hard trying.Be strong, take easy about all failures, but never leave trying.Hard working awards you crown that you deserve. When you feel depressed think about your family specially your parents and their desire to you, ask yourself about your family conditions and what are the responsibilities to them,society and country. Be happy with your family and spend times with them that will keep you away from being drug addicted. Select your good compenion who always solve you from wrong. Praying to the creator could be the most powerful weapon against bad thinkings, bad workings.

Nowadays, cyber crime is happening here and there. Many people are suffering much from attacking their personal security that have been used in social medias such as twitter,facebook,snap chat, printerest etc. also in websites, gmail/ yahoo, bank account etc etc. So, be aware about your personality, personal security, for remaining intact your prestige. Hi,

It's me Ferdous Hasan Mithun who is studying at veterinary science at Bangladesh Agricultural University,Mymensigh-2202.

When I was at 18, I have been decided to being a vet.

My minds cry by seeing a neglected sick animals without treatment that makes me much passionate. I want to provide free treatment of that animals and also I would like to build up a pet hospital in Dhaka city.To be a good veterinarian I would like to go abroad for higher study and to get applied knowledge about confirmatory diagnosis.I have no much money but I believe that "Where there is a will,there is a way."
